  34. that’s a presumption on my part, but it’s based on the original mouse experiments. Many of the animals saw marked improvements, but I don’t think the data suggests a full recovery. Also, the lesions given to the mice were inflicted by surgeons intentionally trying to mimic spinal injuries. Real world scenarios for humans are going to be much more chaotic. Perhaps I’m being pessimistic, but I think partial recovery is a more realistic hope.

There are chemicals that can restore a boiler but the costly controls must be replaced, so someone is finding a loophole on the warranty.
